REAL Chickpea Cookies

YOU NEED:

  • 15oz of chickpeas – soak them for a couple hours to soften them, or you may also use a can, rinse them well
  • ½ cup Julie's Real Cashew Butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon yeast powder
  • ½ cup of sugar free chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

1) In a food processor, mix the cashew butter and soaked chickpeas – mix on high for 1 minute

2) Before you add the chocolate, make sure the mix isn’t hot, add the chips and mix again

3) Form small balls and place them on a baking tray – you can crush them flat like cookies

4) Put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 300 – Ready to enjoy!
